Managing Companies

What are Companies?

In our system, "Companies" represent the businesses or organizations that you manage. This section allows you to keep track of essential information for each company, including their contact details, physical address, and other relevant administrative data.

Key Features:

  • Company Information: Store and manage details like company name, CEO, email, phone number, website, registration number, and tax number.
  • Address Details: Keep accurate records of the company's address, including country, city, and zip code.
  • Company Branches: Each company can have multiple branches. You can manage these branches directly from the company's profile.

How to Use the Companies Section:

1. Viewing Companies

When you navigate to the "Companies" section, you'll see a list of all registered companies. Each entry provides a quick overview of key details like their name, email, phone, and country.

  • Search: Use the search bar to quickly find a company by its name, email, or phone number.
  • Sort: Click on column headers (e.g., "Name", "Email") to sort the list.

2. Adding a New Company

To add a new company:

  1. Click the "Create Company" button (usually located at the top of the list).
  2. Fill in the required details in the form:
    • Logo: Upload the company's logo.
    • Name: The official name of the company.
    • Email, Phone, Website: Contact information for the company.
    • CEO: The name of the Chief Executive Officer.
    • Registration Number & Tax Number: Official identification numbers for the company.
    • Notes: Any additional notes or comments about the company.
    • Address: The physical street address.
    • Country, City, Zip: Location details.
  3. Click "Create" to save the new company.

3. Editing an Existing Company

To modify a company's details:

  1. From the list of companies, click the "Edit" button (pencil icon) next to the company you wish to update.
  2. Make the necessary changes in the form.
  3. Click "Save Changes" to apply your updates.

4. Managing Company Branches

Each company can have multiple branches associated with it. To manage branches:

  1. When editing a company, you'll find a section dedicated to "Branches".
  2. You can add new branches by clicking the "Create" button within this section.
  3. You can edit existing branches by clicking the "Edit" button next to each branch.
  4. You can delete branches if they are no longer needed.
